See attachment. I thought this was by design (which would be bad), but apparently there are supposed to be min/max/close buttons on the title bar when the orange Minefield menu is shown. However, I don't see them. I finally found that there are tiny white placeholders for the buttons when I hover over areas on the title bar. When I click these little white rectangles, I can minimize, maximize, or close the window. But there are no images.
