This is a problem I reported months ago that remains un-fixed. I'm reporting it this time only as an FYI because I am going to immediately uninstall 3.1.4 once I complete this message.

PROBLEM: 3.1.4 doesn't act like my previous version (2.0.0.24) when composing e-Mail using HTML.

Now I have to, once again, spend time removing and recovering. No more TB updates for me.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch HTML code
2. Click on link
3. TB opened with HTML tags in the body of the message
