Not sure how to address this one - turns out although I have an Android device, it's only 2.1 and can't actually run Flash at all.
Main next step, I think, would be to get a hold of an Android 2.2 device with flash and run it against ozten's testing page to dig up the details on the browser. The other question is, which browser? Native or Fennec?

Per the release notes, no Flash support in Firefox 4 for mobile currently, so until we do offer support, it'll be for the native browser only. I have a 2.2 device, and will take this on to get the Flash Player info for Android updated if I can.

Is there a bug for that? Flash Mobile 10.2 is much faster.
