Details
When linking to my own all versions page from within the developer comments, it still gets the outgoing.mozilla.org + gobbledygook redirect URLs.
Ditching the security redirect for this one known secure site would also let me link to page sections without having to go back & forth, e.g. #beta-channel.

It uses a list of full domain names define in settings.py as the exceptions. addons.mozilla.org is included as the default.
