598933 - Move "new tab" button of group container to near the "group close" button

Why:
More people are using netbooks, which means less screen realestate. Every pixel counts. 

The problem: 
The "new tab" button in the group container takes up a whole row of pixels. Its like having a mini status bar to every group box , that too an almost useless one. 

The preferred solution: 
Please move that "new" tab button to just next to the close button. Or any other solution sounds fine as long as it doesnt waste too many pixels.

We're actually working on bug 597767, which will address this concern.
