+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #594255 +++

Similar to bug 594255, but I didn't go into full screen mode. I did, however, switch between Aero Glass and Aero non-glass (in that I went off the power mains, and Windows 7 did that for me to save on battery life).

I'm also reluctant to blame this on d3d layers since my driver is blocked for d3d9, I'm pretty sure! I do use D2D, though.
