Options menu misses the items "Add-on bar", "Menu bar", "Navigation toolbar" and "Bookmarks toolbar" every second time it's used.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the options menu: Minefield -> Options (put the mouse on the arrow)
2. Click the menu away
3. Repeat step 1
Actual Results:  
The items "Add-on bar", "Menu bar", "Navigation toolbar" and "Bookmarks toolbar" are missing.

Expected Results:  
The items "Add-on bar", "Menu bar", "Navigation toolbar" and "Bookmarks toolbar" should be visible every time the menu is used.

Tested in safe mode.

Sorry for late comment. I pushed the fix shortly after landing the add-on bar, and of course the nightly was cut inbetween the two pushes! So i filed a bug to respin it, which Armen did as soon as he got in.
