I've gone ahead and created the .scl versions of the Puppet configs on the MPT masters. All the new ix machines require them in order to switch themselves to SCL as they come up. I've also adjusted the puppet configs on the SCL puppet master to point at itself, rather than MPT.

I completed the set-up by setting up the accept-hostnames cronjob.
