A way to subscribe to email notifications of all normal edits. * Email subject: (Title of Article) has been changed by (Username) (The UI for this will be in the localization dashboard.) NOTE: I am not sure how this is different from "ready for review" notifications. Anything edited, should immediately become ready for review. Are there any exceptions?
