I am running M18 under NT. Quite often and without any motivation the character encoding (menu bar) jumps from WESTERN to ARMENIAN (I never surf to armenian sites). This leads to character set translation problems in combination with forms. E.g. I tried to register at Bugzilla. But the '.' in my email address has been translated to '\0251'. So I could not register. Very strange and annoying ! Andreas
