Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Customize toolbars 2. Remove location box, click Done 3. Hit CTRL+L. An Open Location window appears 4. Customize toolbars 5. Re-add location box, click Done. 6. Hide the toolbar on which the location box sits. 7. Hit CTRL+L or ALT+F then L, or chose File->Open Location Actual Results: No Open Location window appears. The location bar is in focus and works, but the user cannot see what he is typing. Expected Results: The Open Location window should appear, or the hidden toolbar should be temporarily shown (as the menu bar is if it's hidden and you hit a menu accelerator key).
is this a regression from 3.6?
