From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.76 [en] (Win98; U) BuildID: 2000101014 When importing mail from OE5.5 a lot of individual messages have no headers, the sender is listed as ????@???? and some are dated 2001! This also happens in Netscape 6 PR3! Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Import OE mail 2. 3. Actual Results: As per the description Expected Results: Imported mail correctly

Could you be a little more specific about the messages that are giving you problems? Messages imported from OE are not parsed or munged in any way by the import tool so it may be differences between the way OE and mozilla parse the headers. or maybe there's something I can do in the import to help "normalize" the messages, but in either case, seeing the specific headers of messages that are giving problems would help.
Any relation at all to bug 43297 ??
