Details

Windowed plugins leave the GeckoPluginWindow (on its original position) on top of the MozillaWindowClass window even when the plugin is not from current selected tab. The plugin window also retains the WS_VISIBLE style set.
The plugin doesn't stay on top, after all. It was just the way that Spy++ displayed the information. The plugin doesn't receive any mouse events, for instance.
