59970 - Threaded Mail not working properly

Using RTM build (11-08-09)

Steps to reproduce (on my machine - can't find anyone else who's seen this)
1.  Launch N6, open mail
2.  In nsmail-1 INBOX, click threaded mail icon

Result:

Every mail message header has the threaded mail icon next to it, regardless of
whether there is a thread of messages or not.  When in threaded mail mode, no
messages later that 11/8 show.  Using unthreaded mail works properly.  This
problem does not appear in other filtered folders on nsmail-1, or in other mail
accounts.  An additional problem is that the INBOX says that I have 1700+
messages when in fact I only have 800+ (all works properly in 4.75).

I've tried re-installing, with no effect.

Installed 11-08-01 (RTM) today and now emails from today (11/13) show up and are
threaded properly.  Emails between 11/8 and today still don't show up, and old
emails without threads still have the thread icon next to the header.

I am using the Win_nt (2000-11-14-06 Mtrunk)

cc'ing bienvenu.  Try deleting your Inbox's .msf file. This should get you back
to a normal state.

Yes, that should fix it, though I don't know what could cause this problem,
other than running two copies of Mozilla/Netscape6 at the same time. Are you
running POP3 or IMAP mail?

I'm using IMAP.  I deleted INBOX.msf and reinstalled, and this problem is gone.

Just ran into this situation again today - same scenario as originally
described.  This was not build specific - I saw the same problem in a daily
build and 6.01.  I deleted INBOX.msf and reinstalled and it solved the problem
again, but this is obviously not an acceptable work-around for end users.
