59974 - Migrate/Backout selected changesets

This patch adds a row of checkboxes to the left side of the query result, a
checkbox for every patch set (patch set defined as ``concurrent query results
with identical log entries'', the same way it decides to condense log entries). 
The user can check the boxes and click either ``Migrate selected patches'' or
``Backout selected patches'' which will generate a list of commands similar to
the ``Backout all changes'' list.

I did this for our Bonsai at ZKS, but I'm told that Mozilla.org wants it...

Hey leaf.  This would make our branch-jockeying a lot more pleasant (it sure did
at ZKS).  Can it go in now, or do you need things Done To It first?

Arg.  Sadly, I have mostly avoided looking at the enhancements until now and
this is now out of date.  Keeping open as it seems worthwhile to investigate fixing.

Bonsai was decommissioned, closing all remaining bugs "wontfix"
