I'd like to see a "Supported Browsers" field on https://intranet.mozilla.org/webtools/webdev/project_init; this would help us reduce churn and get better requirements/testing scope up-front. (It'd probably be good to link to https://wiki.mozilla.org/WebDev:FrontendCodeStandards, with perhaps a note explaining that full browser-support testing will take quite a bit more QA/dev resources, esp. given IE 6.)
We have some other changes to include on the form so it might be best to use this bug as a "phase 2" and push them all at once. I'll add here shortly.
