I'm not convinced that this is a duplicate, and am re-opening.

This bug specifically references the platform-specific "About Apprunner" menu
item located under the Apple menu on the Mac OS version not being hooked up.

The bug for which it was resolved as a duplicate of references the location bar
about: instantiation of the about box.

It's possible that the "About Apprunner" menu item is in fact invoking the about
box properly, but there isn't an about box, in which case it would truly be a
duplicate.

However, no evidence of that has been provided, therefore, I cannot accept the
duplicate resolution.

I'm not doing mac specific menu cleanup until M9 when dynamic menus get done for
Mac, so I'm pushing this off till then.
Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst
don and I set correct component.  Apprunner component will be deleted/retired
shortly.

Sorry, saari, I wrote both bugs, and I don't think so!

14381 is that the menu item is incorrect --- this bug is that selecting it 
doesn't do anything. ;)

Please feel free to tweak 6000 to subsume this bug, but otherwise, I'm re-opening 
this one in the interim.
