I would like to have a test case in crossweave that would make sure that
tabs generated/opened during a private browsing session should not be synced.

To be clear, this should only be a test for entering PB temporarily.  If we enter PB based on prefs (Never Remember History) then we will sync tabs, but this is actually PB under the covers.

The bug assignee didn't login in Bugzilla in the last 7 months.
