Details

Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Fennec. 2. Open a new tab and load a web page in it. 3. Double-tap to zoom. 4. Pan to display the tab toolbar. Expected results: Both tabs have close buttons. Actual results: The new tab has no close button. A few seconds later, its close button appears.
If you open two, three, or four tabs and zoom in any of them, it's still always the second tab that is missing the close button.
