After a crash which happened when I was sending emails with picture uploaded and the system stops responding

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Check that url opens when clicked on email
2.Check that while sending emails, the picture is not getting attached
3.Even if getting attached, we are unable to send emails with pictures uploaded
Actual Results:  
The Picture will get attached to the email

Expected Results:  
The picture should get attached to the email

The picture is not getting attached to the email.
Computer configuration: windows vista sp2,2.1 MHz processor,2 GB RAM.Browser: IE 8.0.
