For "Reassign bug to", can you pl give a drop down of people in the CC list, instead of a textbox. This makes it reassigning it to someone really easy, most of the times it is someone in the CC list, but pl give option to type the new assignee details in, in case they are not in the CC list.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a bug, assign it to someone, CC to 3 other people.
2. Edit it, reassign to someone.
3. Right now you need to type in the email address of the new assignee, even if they are on the CC list. Pl make this a dropdown of ppl in the CC list.
Actual Results:  
We need to type in the new assignee.

Expected Results:  
Expected is what is actually happening. But "Wanted results" are a dropdown.

This is a customization, and the "reassign bug to" field no longer exists in newer Bugzilla. So you would have to implement it yourself. Note that newer Bugzilla have autocompletion, so when you start typing the user name, a list would automatically appear in the assignee field.
