Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; nl; rv:1.9.2.9) Gecko/20100915 Lightning/1.0b2 Thunderbird/3.1.4

With the addons Lightning 1.0 B2 and Provider for Google agenda 0.71 with the Google Calendar created with the url, the Master password of Thunderbird which normally needs to be given once at startup (normal behaviour) is asked twice at startup with a second or so interval.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use TB with addons Lightning, Provider for Google agenda
2. Create the Google Calendar (with Url link)
3. Turn on and set the Thunderbird Master Password
4. Close and restart Thunderbird
Actual Results:
The Thunderbird Master password popup window will come up twice almost simultaneously, with a 1 second difference. End result: 2 separate Master password pop-ups are seen and needs to be filled in.

Expected Results:
I expected only one Master password pop-up
Version: unspecified → Lightning 1.0b2
I only have it after Google Calendar is set, not just Lightning, but I see that this specific situation is also mentioned in bug 349641.
This is indeed a duplicate
