Steps to Reproduce
---------------------------------------
1. Go to a page with flash, use the flash content(give it focus)
2. Try to ctrl+tab, ctrl+w or ctrl+e(minefield's tab grouping feature)
3. Shortcuts don't work until you click somewhere else in the page(flash loses focus).

What should have happened:
---------------------------------------
Firefox's shortcuts should work even when flash is focused.

Why?
This inconsistency represents a real hassle for the user, because if I can't use shortcuts anytime I want, independently from the content of the page, they kind of lose their meaning.

Here are a few real world problems aside from the above mentioned(which is the biggest one).
        - If you ctrl+tab through the tabs from tab 1 to tab 5, and tab 3 has flash focused, you will have to start using your mouse midway through.
       - when using a flash player in fullscreen and then exiting the fullscreen, flash still has focus and chances are if you exited the fullscreen you are done playing something and in this situation firefox should take focus from flash(like opera does).
      - if you are in firefox's fullscreen mode and you enter a full flash site, shortcuts are impossible to use, because flash is always focused.

How to solve this:
Flash content rarely gives you the ability to use shortcuts and even more rarely people actually use them(inside the flash content) compared to firefox's shortcuts which almost everyone uses.
So, the conclusion is - it's more important to be able to use firefox's shortcuts.

The one thing you can do for sure is do what opera did which partially solves the problem:
when a video player made in flash exits the fullscreen mode - it loses focus, simple.

But what would be great is if you made shortcuts somehow available even when flash content has focus.
The solution I can think of is disabling flash shortcuts(reserving ctrl+w, ctrl+tab and similar for firefox's use, for example make firefox monitor if any shortcuts were pressed), but allow users to add exceptions to sites/content which can use shortcuts.

Another way this should be doable is reserving a button, or a combination of buttons, which when pressed - flash content should lose focus and give it to firefox. This could be the windows key + something, cause flash never uses the windows key.

Another possible way is letting users change the key combinations for shortcuts, so that I can set opening a new tab as windows key + v, close on windows key + c and so on, and I'm 101% sure this would work cause flash doesn't use the windows key. This shouldn't be by defauly, but the user should be able to set it.

PS: Maybe I haven't searched good enough, if there is an addon that solves this, somebody tell me.
