After upgrade 29th sept 2010 the sendbutton for sending e-mail is not working anymore. With Ctrl-Enter i can still send my e-mail

I suppose this is an extension related issue.
Please try starting TB in safe-mode and post a feedback here.

Could also be some antivirus/firewall related issue (can you check that TB is allowed to connect to the internet)
