Seen while running the 20100928 build

STR:
1. Keep the browser running on a Win XP laptop (running 20100928)
2. Help | About Minefield.
3. The dialog reports that "Minefield is up to date."
4. I close the dialog and reopen it. The update shows as available.

I think I have seen this in the lab before where the machines are always powered up.

Please toggle the app.update.log and devtools.errorconsole.enabled prefs to true, restart Firefox, and try to reproduce again. If you are able to reproduce please copy / paste the messages from the error console into this bug.

Using Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b7pre) Gecko/20100930 Firefox/4.0b7pre and tethered to an ethernet connection.

Here is what I see in the console:
