When the tweet list is refreshed and new tweets are added, the tweets appear out of order because the existing tweets still have their old relative timestamp. Screenshot attached. We should update the timestamp on these tweets when refreshing, even if no new tweets are added to the list. Steps to reproduce: 1. Load page and wait a few minutes 2. Click refresh and look at timestamps for initial tweets

Verified FIXED on https://master.support.mozilla.com/en-US/army-of-awesome; waited a couple minutes and saw the timestamp go from "5 minutes" to "7 minutes".
