Right now this is in settings_local.py:

FILES_URL = STATIC_URL + "/%s/%s/downloads/file/%d/%s?src=%s"

Please replace STATIC_URL with SITE_URL.  Thanks!
As we've already lost a large part of download statistics from the last 2 weeks, we'd really like to get this change in ASAP to stop the bleeding.
