I added the two milestones.

The other milestones must be deleted - there is no way to deactivate them. If that is OK with you and can delete them.

We have a number of milestones with the active flag cleared so that they appear in the advanced search list but new bugs cannot be assigned to them. See bug 554541 comment 1 and bug 584714 comment 3.
Okay, sorry I misread the first comment - I cleared the active flag on the ones requested. Resolving fixed.
