1. Opening a certain IMAP folder named "Address Book" cause the Thunderbird address book tab to open. Created another IMAP folder with name "Address Book" but it behaves normally.
2. If I create a local folder named "Address Book", I cannot delete it unless I rename it first. Error message: "A folder with that name already exists. Please enter a different name."

Nevermind. The problem was caused by the Sync Kolab add-on. I should have known.
