This will prevent <a href="https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=562627">content area width change bug</a>. And when we click on some place on a page - this Arrow Panel should dissapear.

The arrow panel isn't really for this purpose. :)

If you wish to see a particular sidebar be available in arrow panel form, please fix a specific bug for that.

I use some addons are displayed in sidebar, for example, ReadItLater, TagSieve. And every time I open them page with contents shifts
