Device Android Motorola Droid 2, HTC Desire 

Steps to reproduce:
1. go to the URL : http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/layout-test.html
2. scroll down to the bottom
3. bring up the tab panel
4. bring up the control panel

Expected result:
- There should be no white or grey gaps at the top, bottom, left or right (between the panels and the body of the web page)

Actual result:
-  A white line is present at the bottom of the page- see attached photo

Seems to work for me now. No white line at the bottom anymore.

There is a thinner white line than the one in the attached photo at the top of the page. After reloading several times the webpage the white line appears at the right side of the page.
