1. turn on the error console
2. make sure Sync is cleared out
3. go to URL : http://www.google.com
4. go to error console

Expected: No errors
Actual : 
1. Engine.Tabs WARN Sync failed
2. Error: uncaught exception: [object Object]

Happens when there's no profile.

Attachment: Check for weave

I got this error when using the awesomebar without Sync set up. This fixes that. Not sure if its exactly what the bug describes, but if you're using the awesomebar to get to Google, it could be.
