Details

We landed D3D10 layers and it can now be used by flipping a pref. We'll want to enable it by default as soon as possible.
When enabling D3D10 and using a persona the minimize/maximize/close buttons are mostly visually "behind" the persona on win7. Sometimes they are drawn on mouse over but always working even if hidden. Doesn't happen with D3D9.

Someone else on Mozillazine forums confirmed this.
