After updating the graphics card driver, all toolbars disappear.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update your graphics card driver while Minefield is running
Actual Results:  
UI disappears.

Expected Results:  
UI should not disappear.

Radeon HD 4650 graphics card.

When my graphics card driver recover from a crash the glass area becomes 100% transparent if the window is maximized and it becomes black if I restore down !!

CPU: AMD Turion X2 Ultra
Graphics Card: ATI Mobility Radeon 3450HD

D3D10 layers should fix this, let's see if it does.

Installed Catalyst 10.10.

It's not completely fixed with D3D10 layers. The UI and content are glitched (is this a new bug?).

With D3D9 layers, it crashes @ cairo_d2d_present_backbuffer.
