Description

We should build off .../version/:id/file(s|/:id)

Create a new file (with platform) for a version
Retrieve all files for a version
Delete a file

Update doesn't make much sense since D+C = U ;)

Also, I'm not sure I understand how PUT and files is supposed to work, since the signatures for OAUTH make it look like a query string.

Pushing out of 5.12.2 since this doesn't seem necessary at this point.

Thanks for filing this.  In an effort to not drown in existing reports we're aggressively closing old enhancements and bugs to get the buglist to a reasonable level so we can scope and process bug sprints in an effective manner.

Patches for this bug are still welcome.
