1. launch firefox
2. hit ctrl+shift+Del
Expected : Clear Recent History dialog
Actual: nothing

Note: 
1. maybe because I'm using a VM version of Windows 7 and possibly not a valid bug.

Sounds like a broken configuration in VMware. Can you please check if Ctrl+A and Del work in a textbox? It's fine for me on all vms.

Control+A and Del works in a text box with Firefox.
I just realized that this may be an issue with having ATOK installed as well.

Does it modify global shortcuts? Please turn it off or make sure it doesn't overlay the one we are using the bring up the clear recent history dialog.

Closing since WFM using 3.6.13 and also Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0b9pre) Gecko/20110101 Firefox/4.0b9pre ID:20110101030401, and it's now after whiteboard closeme date with no reply to last comment.

Please reopen if you still see this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode, when not in a VM or else with VM global shortcuts disabled.
