I thought since I wasn't in any huge hurry to see bug 576205 deployed I could just wait until the next time something else prompted an hg_templates update, but apparently I misunderstood how things work, since there's been at least one update since then which didn't include it.

do we need downtime for this?

Based on previous ones of the genre (like, say, bug 506909 or bug 588539 or bug 571417), you don't need downtime, you just need to assign it to aravind :)

Hey, where do I pull in the updates from? I see that the changes you checked into changelogentry.tmpl are already live.

They are? view-source:http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/atom-log says the entries still have content type="xhtml" with a <pre> in them, so if what I checked in is live, something must have changed between one time I fixed it and the next, to make that generated by something other than changelogentry.tmpl

Sorry, I was looking at the changelogentry.tmpl in gitweb_mozilla, this was in the atom directory. Updated it to the latest rev.
