Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:2.0b6) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:2.0b6) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b6
I open Firefox. I go in and make a few customizations to the toolbars (I add the activity indicator, I remove the Bookmarks button, and I select to display the Roboform toolbar).
I then close Firefox and reopen it and all my customization is still there.
I then right click on a link and say to open in a new window and the new window has none of the customization of the original window. This also happens if I click on the icon on my desktop to open a second instance of Firefox.
Now I close both windows and click on the icon on my desktop to open Firefox and it no longer has the customization.
This happens only in the Firefox 4 beta. If I do the same thing in Firefox 3.6.10 it works fine.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2. Customize toolbars
3. Open another Firefox window (open link in new window or open another Firefox instance)
Actual Results:
I lost all customization in the new window
Expected Results:
New window should have had same customization as original window

This bug was reported using a pre-release version of Firefox 4. Now that Firefox 4.0.1 final has been released, can you please update and retest your bug? A fresh profile would be a good starting place to test,
