Conveniently, the Internet Archive has a record of this site from the reporting date, and I also have a monitor of about that vintage. (Although not a Windows 7 box, admittedly.)

I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary, and unfortunately the Archive doesn't appear to have a record of the relevant screenshot. Per the bot-provided suggestion, closing as INCOMPLETE.
