601633 - Compare Top Crashing Signatures Rank in Multiple Versions

Description

Create a page that displays the change in the top crashing rank for signatures from a previous version to a current version.  

Allow the user to select 2 or 3 versions, and pull the top crasher rank for the specified time period.  This will allow the user to determine whether previous issues have been solved in the current release and thus Bugzilla tickets can closed.

Fields should include:
version1 tc rank
version2 tc rank
version3 tc rank (optional)
signature 
bugzilla ids

I filed bug 640237 on getting chofmann's report integrated, let use that one for actually working on it.
