To access a menuitem through keyboard, menuitem should have mnemonic. Under Help 
menu, the menuitem "About mozilla" has mnemonic "A".But letter "A" doesn't have 
underline to make visible as it is mnemonic.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the browser/composer window.
2.Drop down the Help menu.




Actual Results:  Under Help menu, "About mozilla" doesn't have any underlined 
character. 

Expected Results:  The character "A" in "About mozilla" should have underline.

It is not properly visible.Actually it is merged with the netxt character "b" in  
"About..."

nightly and see if you still get this.

information:
fontserver (dist and rev), fontnames, gtk ver, x (dist rev), and if you feel 
like it maybe the windommanager info.
