http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/nl/diff/880fcebfc383/toolkit/chrome/global/headsUpDisplay.properties looks like it's not fixing the Delta to a Delta, at least in https://l10n-stage-sj.mozilla.org/shipping/diff?tree=fx40x&locale=nl&from=b060507a17fd&repo=l10n-central/nl&url=http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/nl/&to=f645cdc569b6, it looks the opposite. Can you verify that this is actually a fix and not a regression? I'll take the sign-off as is, though.
