1. install arabic plugin (ie go to http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/installplugin.html and click on the second link )
2. switch the language in the control panel to arabic
4. look at the left panel
5. look at the gear icon

Expected : The gear icon points to the right
Actual : the gear icon points to the left

We are removing the pointer on the gear when we change the theme. See bug 575403. Since we don't have a WILL_BE_FIXED_BY, I am just duping this bug
