On this webpage for example, the text on the very far left/right edge has the character pixels cut off on the very edges of the first and last letters respectively.

And this cut off pieces scroll can be seen as fragments stuck on the borders when scrolling down about 2/3rds through.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit the example website.
2. Scroll up and down the entire page.
3. Keep an eye on the left or right border whitespace, as well as note the cut off letters in some cases, the last pixel that should form the letter 'f' etc.
Actual Results:
A few pixels missing from characters, and stuck on the borders of the screen separate from the scrolling text.

Expected Results:
Smooth scrolling and complete characters. Problem isn't reproducable in other browsers.

This has been around for previous versions of Firefox as well.

It makes web pages look poor that are proper html, so should be fixed.
