When reCAPTCHA hangs, reloading the offered reCAPTCHA rapidly results in a 'Congratulations' screen, but username isn't actually registered.

UI shows an error, and Prefs say "unknown username".

This was experience on 4 Oct 2010 when reCAPTCHA connectivity was hosed from 8p-11p PST.

for trying to repro, it can help to inject a 30 second sleep in the server's "verify recaptcha" stage.

This one is a little tricky from the client side. I'd need so server help to attempt to reproduce.

There is no captcha in Sync 1.5 with FxA.
