First off, thank you Potch! The new stats system is looking beautiful. The one pie chart for applications gives me all the info it took me entirely too long mucking with CSV to find previously.
For the "Most Used Languages" summary pie chart, I would like to request that it not sub-divide by dialect here. In the full locales breakdown, yes, but in the summary it would be very helpful if it just listed English instead of breaking it down into American and British and others. (and the same for other languages as well) Not only would it better show the true usage of the English locale (of which I only have one version) it would let in one extra other locale to the graph to make the "other" listing a bit less than 22%.

I think this is fixed? On your summary page (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/flagfox/statistics/?last=30) I see ru, en-us, de, fr, pl, and other. We good here? (also, woah Russia)

No, the specific example of English I mentioned is still the case and German is also affected a bit. The pie chart shows the following:
Русский (ru) 543,775 (34%)
English (US) (en-us) 277,318 (18%)
Deutsch (de) 260,159 (16%)
Français (fr) 133,051 (8%)
Polski (pl) 51,241 (3%)
Other 317,622 (20%)
Whereas there are around 277k English users reported under the American dialect, there's another 40-50k reported under British and another thousand or so listed under other English dialects. So the English slice of the pie when including all dialects should be around 20% rather than 18%. German has some other dialects with another 8k or so. I'm sure there are probably other addons with populations where the numbers would be off more.
Note, however, Flagfox only has an en-US locale, so I guess this is reporting whatever the OS is set to.

Yeah, I've got a lot of Russian users these days. I don't have any hard data as to why that population has grown so much over time. I have heard of Flagfox being used to help deal with really bad ISPs in some parts of the world, even some that actually charge for "long distance" connections. It could also just be that some Russian company or school automatically installs Flagfox on all of their computers. One of these days I might try to do a user survey and see if I can find out.

I mean, just en-US and no en-GB or other English. I do have some locales where I have multiple different dialects of the same language. I'm actually up to a total of 35 locales now if you can believe it.

Thanks for filing this. In an effort to not drown in existing reports we're aggressively closing old enhancements and bugs to get the buglist to a reasonable level so we can scope and process bug sprints in an effective manner.
Patches for this bug are still welcome.
