In the last few days this problem has shown up. Re-booting system does not fix it. The summary explains what happens. The only thing I can think of that may have caused it is Paretologic Anti-Spyware removing five perceived threats.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create several Firefox instances
2. Minimize each one
3. Open a new Firefox instance
4. All the previous minimized instances will expand
Actual Results:  
#4 Happens

Expected Results:  
The new instance should have appeared and the minimized instances should have remained minimized.

Yes the problem still exists. I recently updated to Firefox V5.0 and it didn't fix the problem. So I've just been living with it. Haven't done Safe mode. What is a new profile?

I was not able to reproduce this while using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:12.0a2) Gecko/20120307 Firefox/12.0a2 and after opening 8 instances of the browser.
