Isn't this just a matter of default fonts, etc? They're just scrolled off because the page is using a fixed-height div but the fonts you're getting are different, I would think.
Or do you see the same fonts at the same size used in Safari?

Ah, the page uses charset=EUC-JP, which causes us to use the default Japanese font, which is sans-serif, which is some Japanese font that's bigger than the Times that Safari ends up using.
The page is still buggy, note (e.g. it browser-sniffs and writes out stylesheets for Win32 and MacPPC... but you're on MacIntel, right?).
Over to intl, but this looks like evangelism to me.
