Addons Builder doesn't appear to have any CSS applied. Upon further inspection I get a 404 for the CSS files.

Attachment: AOB Issues

I've been trying to use the AOB for what seems like months to no avail, even when I can get the style-sheet to load, it generally looks like this.

Which is a list of the modules. I've even tried in safe-mode but still can't use it.

It is true that Builder does not work with 4.0b7pre yet.
There is an issue with the Bespin and MooTools working together.
There is a bug request filed already: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=597990

I'll mark this as invalid in anticipation that bug 597990 fixes this problem.
