The design for the Firefox download page/homepage for people NOT on the latest version is complete (and development is in progress at bug 598431), but we also need to create a version for people who are running the most up-to-date version. 

This one will focus on upgrading people to add-ons, personas & mobile and will also address other user needs based on some recent testing that Laura F has done.

Specific content details will be coming really soon...Lee, just consider this a placeholder for now.

Thanks Lee. Unless there are any further comments from the PMMs, I think this one is all set. The bulk of the content will come in the form of the middle section (being created separately) that talks about add-ons, personas and mobile.
